School!

Today school was nice , I didn't get a huge amount of homework and I got 15/20 in my Irish test which is good considering I was sick for the most of the time! I really can't wait for the Avoka reunion this weekend, it's going to be really good!

French test

Today I got the results of my dreaded French test and after thinking I got 10% , 50% was a pleasent surprise and considering that the best in the class was 65% and the worst was 8% it makes my score look half decent!

Today we had an Irish test which was fairly easy , getting the results tomorrow and I'm hoping I do well!!

Anyway I have French studying to do so I must go!!

The shed!

Just got home from the shed! Had a great time there!! The game was called the cube , a selection if games for which teams were awarded points upon completion! Our team called " team sheep" came is third place!!

I'm listening to this amazing song at the minute , it's called "Closing Time" by "semisonic" I'd strongly reccomend taking a listen!!

Music Reccomendations!

It seems to me that my blog is becoming orientated on providing music recommendations well Heres another one Ludovico Einaudi , An Italien composer who made this beautiful piece of music!

Today at school was ok! We had cooking in Home Ec and I had to stay behind for Ag Science! And Ms. Benton has been sick for the third day running! Hope she gets well soon as too many English frees soon becomes a tad dull!!

Oh MAN!

School recomenced for me today! I sort of felt thrown in at the deep end ather me ilness as I've had lots of notes which I've had to catch up on! And I got loads of homework! Three hours written homework and 1 hour study {which is im hoping in the future}

I've been listening to meatloaf during hw time this afternoon and I've realised just how much I've missed his music! It's soo good! And after mild research it turns out he's a fairly mellow guy which is more that can be said for the majority of rockers!{and their gigs}

Swine Flu!

I haven't been at school since Monday as I'm sick ... I haven't recieved a diagnosis yet but i think have swine flu becauses there are already a few people at my school who have it! I don't feel well , I have a bad headache and I'm really tired and dizzy and lightheaded! It's not pleasent!

As the 09/09/09 draws to a close I want to reflect on what this day as brought! Firstly it bestowed upon me my junior certificate results , secondly the Beatles entire discography in now entirely remastered and availaible in boxset formt! Thirdly Ireland hhas had it's best weather in over three months and fourthly Apple released an new iphone os! (3.1}

And what didn't happen , Ipods still dont have cameras and The beatles still arn't available on Itunes!

So that's it ... this has been an important day for me mainly because of results , but I'.ll probably remember the date due to thE Beatles release!!

Exam Results!!!

I'm really happy with my results and really happy that I got an A in English!! Also really happy that I got a c in maths and French!!!

Going to bed now! For the last few hours of peace before the results come out!!?? I've just realised that The results comes out on the same day as the Beatles Remastered Box Set come out 09/09/09! I would love to buy the set but at the moment the minimum price that I've found it at is 160.00 pounds!?! Way too much!?! A posibble exam present?! I wont bother even asking!! Flipping recession and all!?!

Results!

A little bit nervous as tomorrow at 10am I recieve my junior certificate results! The plain fact is that these results don't , in the game of life , really matter a huge amount but it's just that there's way too much media attention and hype!

Anyway tomorrow we go in with our parents at 10 am and then get the envolope and then go home and , .... , cry??laugh??? ect!! I can't wait till it's all over and I can sleep!

Anyway I'll upate you when I've recieved the results , probably omitting maths because it'll be so crap!!

Weekend!!

It's the first weekend of the Halloween term! Thanks Goodness , This weekend I'm going to the UBM reunion and I can't wait! I'm staying at Aarons house tonight and then going to Belfast in the morning! Tonight I had a little bit of Biology homework learning a few things and thats all!

School all in all was grand! A few more few periods today as things gradually get sorted out , today I brought a book in to read , "Red Dragon" by Thomas Harris! Great read but I have to admit that it can be a little disturbing upon occassions , especially the detailed into the twisted fantasies of the killers!!?? Entertaining reading all the same!

Weather Update: Crap

First proper day.

Today was my first day with classes!Today I had Mrs. argue for Maths , Mrs.Drury for guidance , Mr Lennon for Pe , Mr. Garvey for business and Mrs. Corbett for biology! I was so tired today and could hardly stay awake??? I think I need to go to bed at like 7 tonight!! I got no homework and Abigail Did!! We did absolutely no classwork today? What's that all about you'd think it'd pretty important and them constantly ranting about how important it is to start on the first day and then all of them gave us frees?? Anyway I shouldn't complain!!

Tomorrow I have Home ec , which should be fun , I'm the only boy in the class but yet again I'm the only boy in the tutor group and in P.E. and guidence and I.T!!

Anyway enough about school! Tomorrow evening/afternoon I go to Aarons house and stay over and on Saturday morning we go to Belfast to the UBM reunion!! Twill be nice to see everyone again!!! And the forms for teh pbs reunion just arrived today so I still have to fill them in!!

My bebo is sort of now unused as I've switched over to Facebook which in my opinion in infinitely better!

Today was my first day of school!! I was put into my tutor group , I'm the only boy in it with over 20 girls!! It's because I'm doing Home ec. !! Got my timetable and it looks grand!!
